Pickens County has three concert series featuring excellent classical chamber music, jazz and traditional music. Sponsoring organizations are Casual Classics Concert Series with programs at Fellowship Presbyterian Church and Holy Family Episcopal Church of Jasper and Big Canoe Chapel.
The concerts feature members of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Atlanta Opera Orchestra and Atlanta Pops Orchestra, as well as members of music faculties of metro colleges and universities, such as University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University, Emory University, Georgia State University, Morehouse College, Agnes Scott College and Columbus State University.
