SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – A disturbance that escalated into an assault led to a man’s arrest, according to Spartanburg County deputies.
Deputies responded to a call in reference to a disturbance on Peach Shed Road and located Garvin O’Neal Mintz, Wednesday. Mintz had appeared to be heavily intoxicated, according to deputies.
