A woman was shot and killed Friday evening in Center City, and one person is in custody, according to police.
The shooting happened just before 6 p.m. at the corner of 12th and Chestnut streets, in front of a 7-Eleven. The incident, which unfolded in broad daylight along the busy corridor, was captured on video.
