RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A man is fighting for his life after he was shot in the back at a Richmond apartment Thursday night.
At about 7:12 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 4, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to an apartment on E. 10th Street for report of a person shot.
