CHICAGO — Rachel Cohen begins one of her latest TikTok videos with a straightforward, if startling, request: “Come with me to get arrested outside 1930 Beach Street in Broadview.”
The video shows Cohen outside an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility in suburban Broadview, where she and other protesters watched vans fill up with people being taken away from their community.
