Dominy arrested at least 12 times in Colonie, Bethlehem since 2022
DELMAR – A man with a history of more than a dozen arrests for larceny was taken into custody Tuesday, Aug. 26, 20 days after he was released from prison on parole.
John Dominy, 54, of Albany, was arrested in Delmar on Tuesday, Aug. 26, after a larceny at a Hannaford on Delaware Avenue.
According to the New York Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, Dominy was released on a “merit release to parole” on Aug. 6 from the Marcy Correctional Facility in Oneida County. He had served 15 months of an 18-month-to-three-year sentence for a grand larceny charge in Saratoga County…
