Northern Kentucky man sentenced for threatening to kill prosecutor and judge

KENTON COUNTY, Ky. (WKRC) – A Morning View man pleaded guilty to threatening to kill a prosecutor and a judge last year in Kenton County. Brian Tucker was sentenced to five years of probation.

A friend said Tucker wanted to kill Kenton County Commonwealth’s Attorney Rob Sanders and a female judge. Both had been part of an arson case involving Tucker, according to court papers. The friend said Tucker had recently been doing a lot of cocaine, which was exacerbating his erratic behavior.

Tucker was acquitted of arson but was unhappy he hadn’t been paid from a civil lawsuit related to the case…
