CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A 47-year-old man is expected to recover after being shot on the city’s West Side late Thursday, Cincinnati police say.
First responders found the victim shot in his right thigh in the 700 block of Purcell Avenue, according to Captain Stephen Bower.
