CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A local doctor pleaded guilty to making false statements to federal agents investigating a 1989 rape.
Frederick Tanzer, 66, could get up to 15 years in prison when he’s sentenced. He is a medical doctor who has lived and practiced medicine in Ohio, Kansas and Colorado.
Tanzer’s plea documents detail that on Aug. 1, 1989, Tanzer broke into a victim’s home in Cincinnati and violently raped her for five and a half hours. Tanzer was apparently wearing a mask during the rape…
