SOUTH CAROLINA (WCIV) — Fallout continues after Governor Henry McMaster signed an executive order banning certain foods from being purchased with SNAP benefits. Anti-hunger organizations across South Carolina are speaking out against the new mandate, calling it counterproductive and harmful.
