DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) — Alabamians are scrambling to the state line for a Powerball ticket after the jackpot raised to the second-highest in history.
Cars have been almost overflowing the parking lot at Lotto Discount Liquors, just over the Alabama-Florida state line.
