PROVIDENCE — Members from the Auto Theft, ACI Investigations and Intelligence Units arrested Juan Carlos De La Rosa Jose, age 28, of 9 Baldwin Court, Providence, Rhode Island, on Sept. 4 for possession of a stolen motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, possession of a motor vehicle with altered VIN, obtaining money under false pretenses over $10,000 and forgery.
Jose was transported to headquarters, where he was processed, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released pending a future court date.
