EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — For the first time since a deadly incident on I-10 between El Paso police and Xavier Guadalupe Hernandez, the man’s mother is speaking out about the incident that claimed her son’s life.
“He was a good kid,” said Hernandez’s mother, Angelica Lujan. “He really was. Great brother. His friends, you know, love him. He was just an amazing person to me.”
