TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Attorney General Kris Mayes announced that she is seeking a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against the owners and operators of Redwood Mobile Home Park.
This comes a week after Mayes filed a lawsuit against the park following frequent power outages and air conditioning issues, with no help to residents from management.
