LATHAM, NY (WRGB) — A vehicle reported stolen out of Saratoga Springs crashed on Route 7 in Latham, closing down eastbound traffic, according to police.
Saratoga Springs Police Department received a report of a vehicle stolen from an apartment complex on the west side of the city at approximately 6:30pm. Police located the vehicle and a pursuit began on the Northway, traveling southbound.
