The late Mike Boyce, former chairman of the Cobb Board of Commissioners, has been posthumously inducted into the 2025 Georgia Military Veterans Hall of Fame.
Boyce served a career of over three decades in the Marines, attaining the rank of colonel and serving across the world.
After retiring from the military, Boyce became active in his community. He was involved in the American Legion Post 29, the Marine Corps League, VFW, the Disabled American Veterans and the Military Officers Association of America.
