XENIA TWP., Ohio (WDTN) — A fire broke out at River Metals Recycling Friday morning.
Xenia Township Fire officials said that morning that they were dispatched to Jasper Road right before midnight, as a person walked by and saw smoke and flames coming from the scrap yard.
