2 months after Chantal, Chapel Hill businesses still struggling to reopen

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WNCN) — At Chapel Hill’s Eastgate Crossing, more businesses remain closed than open two months after Tropical Depression Chantal ripped across North Carolina.

The storm caused historic flooding, causing six deaths and more than $42 million in damages.
