ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A local pastor received recognition on Saturday for the impact an event has had on the Rochester community.
Pastor Donald Stevens, alongside Helping Hands Ministry Baptist Church, has organized an annual “Bridging the Gap” event to connect law enforcement with the individuals they serve in a positive environment with resources and community services.
At Saturday’s event, the FBI Buffalo field office awarded Stevens with the FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award.
