RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The man who was shot in the back near Richmond’s Old Town Manchester area on Thursday has died, police said.
In the morning on Sept. 5, police identified the man who was shot and has since died as 44-year-old Terrell Robinson, of Richmond.
