LUBBOCK, Texas — The City of Lubbock Animal Services (LAS) shared their weekly metrics for the week of August 29 through September 4.
During this time LAS responded to 763 total calls, that includes front desk calls and field service calls. LAS said they only had 47 aggressive animal calls. For the week there were 54 total adoptions, 41 dogs and 13 cats. LAS reports that they still have 269 dogs currently.
