LATHAM, NY (WRGB) — A 21-year-old Saratoga Springs man was arrested in Colonie on multiple charges, including criminal posession of a stolen vehicle.
According to a public incident report from the New York State Police, Eugene R. Shaw from Saratoga Springs was arrested on the evening of September 6th.
He is facing multiple charges, including:
- Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, a Motor Vehicle Not a Motorcycle ( Class E Felony )
- Misdemeanor Reckless Endangerment, 2nd Degree (Class A Misdemeanor)
- Act In Manner to Injure Child Less Than 17 (Class A Misdemeanor)
- Criminal Mischief: Reckless Property Damage Greater Than $250 (Class A Misdemeanor)
- Reckless Endangerment Property (Class B Misdemeanor)
- Reckless Endangerment-2nd Degree (Class A Misdemeanor)
- Act In Manner Injure Child Less Than 17 (Class A Misdemeanor)
