CAERNARVON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) — Multiple people were hospitalized in a multi-vehicle crash in Lancaster County yesterday.
According to Elverson-Honey Brook Area EMS, a multi-vehicle crash occurred on September 6 in the area of Twin County and Best Roads in Caernarvon Township, Lancaster County.
EMS crews confirmed that three vehicles were involved, with a total of five patients, including two trapped in separate vehicles.
Crews report that all units transported their respective patients to a local hospital for follow-up care. The conditions of the patients are unknown…
