Utah State Prison instructor arrested at facility for driving under the influence

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A worker was arrested at the Utah State Correctional Facility for driving under the influence after police said he showed up to teach a class while intoxicated.

Benjamin Rawson Fillmore, 49, was arrested on one charge of driving under the influence, first offense in 10 years. The charge is a misdemeanor.
