The project, occupying a historic site in North Central Baltimore, is an 83-unit initiative spearheaded by Homes for America. Noteworthy is the development’s nod to its past as St. Elizabeth’s Home for Female Colored Orphans, established in 1917 by the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi.
