Viking Chemistry Shines in Tie Against Greensboro

GREENSBORO, NC – The Vikings faced a tough, scoreless battle against the Greensboro Pride on Sunday. The Vikings tied Methodist University Saturday afternoon, wanting to take home a win on the road in North Carolina against Greensboro.

The first half started off with strong chemistry from the Vikings, while the Pride had trouble maintaining extended possessions. At around the 17-minute mark, junior defender Addofo El Bey created a decent shot attempt against goalkeeper Alvaro Hermosa, creating pressure for the Pride to make something happen in the first half.
