Minivan Driver Arrested After Leading Police on Intense Pursuit Across Los Angeles County

Los Angeles County witnessed an intense pursuit Friday night as a minivan driver led police on a chase that ended on the 10 Freeway near the Mission Road exit. According to KTLA, the incident started in West Covina after the male driver, who was later arrested, refused to stop for police. During the pursuit, California Highway Patrol officers tried multiple times to conduct a PIT maneuver but were ultimately unsuccessful in stopping the vehicle immediately.

The pursuit originated around 4:45 p.m. when West Covina Police Department officers attempted to pull over the driver for multiple traffic violations, as reported by CBS News Los Angeles.
