HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A 70-year-old Ohio man drowned last week in Surfside Beach after a medical emergency in the water, authorities said.
Alton “Wayne” Fonville Jr., of West Chester, was pulled from the ocean at 1601 N. Ocean Blvd. after he was found unresponsive.
