NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Eight adults, five children and a dog were displaced following a residential structure fire in the 1500 block of Norcova Avenue Saturday morning, according to Norfolk Fire-Rescue.
NFR responded to the incident around 2:17 a.m. finding smoke and flames coming from a two-floor structure’s first floor. The fire was then contained to the house’s front right corner, with exterior damage to both floors.
