TULSA, Okla. — In downtown Tulsa, just across the road from the BOK Center, you can see barricades and concrete panels. A Tulsa man said he is concerned that construction on the railroad crossing is a new safety risk for people walking in the area.
“The street’s been torn up for several years and making it dangerous to walk across the tracks,” said Frank Gaddy.
Gaddy has lived in Tulsa for more than six decades. He said he has watched what he calls a ‘stalled project’ along Elwood Avenue near 1st Street.
