SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – A fugitive who has been on the run since 2013, was taken into custody by members of the United States Marshals Service in New Orleans.
Shawn Brooks, 37, was captured on Sept. 5 hiding in a neighbor’s attic on 3rd Street.
