AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – The front will stall south of the region early next week and bring back cooler-than-average temperatures. The average high/low for today is 90/68, but a cooler and dry northeast breeze will drop highs into the lower 80s Monday through Wednesday with lows in the lower 60s and upper 50s.
The cool-down continues for the second half of the workweek into next weekend, with generally sunny skies each day. Daytime highs will warm into the middle to upper 80s Thursday through Saturday, but morning lows will be quite cool for this time of year in the upper 50s Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
