CLEVELAND (WJW) — A Monday morning crash on I-90 eastbound temporarily blocked the Carnegie Avenue exit in Cleveland and caused significant traffic delays.

FOX 8’s Patty Harken reported the crash at about 7 a.m. and said it was causing delays across the Innerbelt Bridge and onto I-77 north. The crash scene was cleared about 45 minutes later.
