LOS ANGELES – A California judge has refused to lower bail for Fraser Bohm, the driver accused of killing four Pepperdine University students in a high-speed Malibu crash, the New York Post reported.
Bohm, 23, faces murder and vehicular manslaughter charges in the deaths of sorority sisters Niamh Rolston, 20; Peyton Stewart, 21; Asha Weir, 21; and Deslyn Williams, 21, who were fatally struck in 2023 while Bohm was allegedly driving more than 100 mph, according to the Post.
During a Sept. 5 hearing, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Thomas Rubinson denied a request from Bohm’s attorney, Alan Jackson, to reduce bail from $4 million to $2 million, the Post reported…
