The Pencader Heritage Museum on Saturday commemorated the 248th anniversary of the Battle of Cooch’s Bridge and paid tribute to the colonial soldiers who died there in the pursuit of American independence.
The annual memorial service was held on the grounds of the museum, which is located on part of the Cooch’s Bridge Battlefield, near the intersection of Old Baltimore Pike and Del. 72.
