CENTRAL, La. (WAFB) – A baby raccoon is unrestrained thanks to a Good Samaritan and some care from Central police and firefighters.
A woman was driving down Sullivan Road near Wax Road when she saw the young raccoon struggling to get a bottle off of its head.
She was able to keep it away from the street until help arrived…
