BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Zachary residents can expect to continue receiving Waste Management (WM) waste collection and recycling services, but rates are going up.
The company said recycling customers’ 18-gallon bins will be replaced with 96-gallon carts starting in October.
