LINCOLN–(KFOR Sept. 8)–Lincoln Fire and Rescue was busy with a couple of fire calls over the weekend, including one that involved a squirrel.
Flames were seen coming from the dumpster area of Habitat for Humanity ReStore early Sunday afternoon near 59th and Old Cheney, which also caught a tree and the building itself on fire.
LFR said the building sustained minor interior damage. No injuries were reported. Around $200,000 in damage was done. No word yet on the cause of the fire…
