MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — A 48-year-old Milwaukee man has been charged with first-degree reckless homicide in the death of a man at an encampment under I-794 on Tuesday, Sept. 2.
A criminal complaint says Marcus Harrison is accused of killing 62-year-old Randy Harvey near 6th and Clybourn. Police report officers arrived about 9:28 p.m. and found Harvey with blunt force injuries.
