San Antonio viewers have witnessed a wave of anchor departures in just the first half of 2025. Some exits came from longtime veterans, while others involved newer faces who had only recently made the Alamo City their home. Here’s a look at some of the biggest TV shakeups so far.
Robert Price signs off after 14 years
Back in March, San Antonio native Robert Price left KABB and News 4 San Antonio.
“After 14 wonderful years reporting the news in San Antonio, Friday marks my final day at News 4/KABB. (Cue the screams of shock and disbelief). I know, can you believe it? 14 years is a pretty long time to work at the same station, and I’m ready for a new adventure. It’s time for a change. Still, what a fantastic voyage it’s been,” Price said.
Price first joined the Sinclair station in 2011. His final day was March 1.
Traffic anchor Jessica Coombs exits KENS 5
