The Bernalillo County Board of County Commissioners will consider several affordable housing proposals and recognize the outgoing fire chief during their administrative meeting Tuesday night.
The commission is scheduled to vote on a $500,000 appropriation to support Family Promise’s purchase of two triplexes for transitional housing, according to the meeting agenda released Friday. Vice Chair Adriann Barboa is sponsoring the measure.
Commissioners will also hold public hearings on amendments to the county’s Affordable Housing Ordinance aimed at streamlining grant delivery and a time extension for the Casitas del Camino housing project’s revenue bond authorization…
