LARCHWOOD—A 55-year-old Worthington, MN, man was arrested about 6:25 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, on a Lyon County warrant for second-degree theft.
The arrest of Aet Amphai stemmed from him taking the slot machine ticket-in, ticket-out voucher of a Sioux Falls, SD, man at Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort northwest of Larchwood about 11 p.m. July 17, 2024, according to the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.
Amphai then cashed out the voucher at a kiosk before leaving the casino…
