Woman dead following apparent moped collision in Kaneʻohe

HONOLULU (KHON2) — A woman estimated to be in her 60s died following an apparent motor vehicle collision in Kaneʻohe on the morning of Sept. 8, Honolulu Emergency Medical Services said.

The collision occurred at approximately 7 a.m. on Kaneʻohe Bay Drive near Puaae Road, officials said.

Upon EMS arrival, first responders found an apparent moped driver who had suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
