SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Calvin Williams, 36, from the Bronx, was arrested September 5 and charged with Second Degree Murder in connection with the death of E-Shawn Berkley at Tropics Restaurant & Bar in September 2021, according to the Schenectady Police Department.
