COLONIE – Colonie police responded to the Econo Lodge Hotel on Central Avenue for a report of a person with a weapon on Sunday, Aug. 17, at 2:17 a.m.
According to reports, Samuel Marquez, 57, of Albany, had a semi-automatic handgun in his possession and faces a list of charges.
He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of an illegal ammo clip, and criminal possession of a firearm, all felonies, and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, two counts of menacing, three counts of acting in a manner to injure a child and criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors…
