PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — The man accused of killing a missing 19-year-old woman in Prince George’s County will remain on a no-bond status.
35-year-old Hugo Hernandez-Mendez was arrested on Sept. 4 in connection with the death of Dacara Thompson, whose body was found below the South River Bridge in Annapolis after she had gone missing around Aug. 23.
