After a long and fun summer, kids all across the Empire State let out a collective sigh when school started back up for the year after the Labor Day holiday.
Now that school has been in session for a few weeks, some continuing problems that we’ve been dealing with in New York State are starting to rear their ugly head again, and it’s causing a major impact for students, parents, and schools all over the Empire State.
