CHARLESTON, S.C. – A South Carolina college instructor was among those killed in a streetcar derailment and crash in Lisbon, Portugal last week.
Dr. Heather Hall was a faculty member of the Department of Teacher Education at the College of Charleston, specializing in literacy and special education.
