CLEVELAND — A new tradition is kicking off at Edgewater Park this weekend, featuring more than 50 local vendors, performers and others groups in the community.

Chun Wong is bringing a selection of hand-crafted beverages to the first Southeast Asian festival in Cleveland. Wong moved to Ohio from Hong Kong at a young age; now, he’s the owner of Mooncat Boba Cafe.
