NEWBERRY, S.C. (WOLO)– Newberry Police Chief Kevin Goodman says a 53-year-old man was arrested with a homicide, and kidnapping.
Police say David Ray Clark of Chapin was arrested in connection with a homicide and kidnapping that happened in the City of Newberry on the night of Thursday, September 4.
Clark was taken to the Newberry County Detention Center, and charged with murder, 2 counts of kidnapping, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of certain crimes, armed robbery and unlawfully placing a child at risk of harm…
